In 1989, Brad Carter earned his broker’s license and founded Brad Carter Real Estate in Rockland, Maine. Today, BCRE has expanded to include four realtors, including Brad, and two office locations.

True to its roots, the main office for the agency is still located at Brad's home in Rockland. Since its founding, BCRE has helped countless first time home buyers through the process of finding and buying a place in Maine.
