Brad has been a licensed broker for over thirty years. A wearer of many hats, he is also a licensed commercial pilot and volunteers his time time flying antique aircraft for the Owls Head Transportation Museum. Brad serves on the City of Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals and has done so for more than twenty years. His combined knowledge of local land use laws and real estate brokerage enables him to effectively assist clients in their ventures buying and selling homes and commercial properties.

Jim Munroe
A Midcoast native, Jim has been involved in real estate and building homes since an early age. The Munroe family had a building supply business, which provided Jim with firsthand knowledge about the intricacies of home building while teaching about good customer service from the ground up. After the business changed hands in the mid-90's, Jim opened Rockport Homes Inc, and has worked full time in home building and real estate development ever since. In 2012 Jim received his real estate sales license, enabling him to combine building skills and construction knowledge with an inside wisdom of the buying and selling trends of the local community. Jim's foundation in homes and real estate is strong, and matching up people with the right home is what he enjoys doing best.

Carole Gartley
Carole had a career in teaching before beginning a career in property management. In mid 2017, she earned her real estate license and joined Brad Carter Real Estate as a real estate agent. She serves on the school board for the Camden School District, and is very invested in the Camden-Rockport community.
